WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all debit and credit cards

We also accept Buy Now, Pay Later with Afterpay, Klarna & Sezzle. 

WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

£ British Pounds, € Euros, $ US Dollars, $ AUS Dollars, $ CAN Dollars, $ NZ Dollars and د.إ AE Dirham. However, please be aware that all payments and refunds are processed in the currency that you paid in. This amount may vary slightly depending on your bank's conversion rates. 

IS MY PAYMENT INFO STORED SAFELY?

Absolutely! Your financial info given to us at checkout is taken through a safe and secure payment gateway. We do not share or store any of this information.

WHY DID MY PAYMENT FAIL?

Payments can fail for a number of reasons. Please double check that all the card details are entered correctly and your card is registered to the billing address you are providing. If you are still having problems please email us at support@justkiddingkidsusa.com 

MY PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

Please check your tracking before contacting us to see if it has been left in a safe place or to see if there is further information available. If the tracking shows no information please contact us at support@justkiddingkidsusa.com with your order number, one of our customer care team will be able to help. 

WHY HAS MY PARCEL BEEN RETURNED TO YOU?

Our couriers attempt to deliver up to three times before returning items back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us please contact us to let us know what you would like us to do moving forward. If you would like us to send your parcel back out rather than refund it, please contact us via email at support@justkiddingkidsusa.com with your name and order number so that we can look into this for you.

I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT.

Please check the spelling of your email address and password (our system is case sensitive). If this does not help, please use the ‘forgot my password’ link which will remind you of your password. If you are still having problems logging in, please contact us to let us know and one of our customer care team will be able to help you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

Please wait at least one hour for our confirmation email, please also check your junk/spam folder. If it has not been received, please contact us at support@justkiddingkidsusa.com and we will look into this for you.
